Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey from our warehouse to your door.

We offer a 365-day return policy. As long as the yarn is unused, in its original packaging, and the labels are intact, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Are the colors on the website 100% accurate?
While we strive to display our yarn colors as accurately as possible, please note that screen settings can vary. We recommend checking the color code and dye lot number if you are trying to match a specific project.
